Sacramento, CA January 10, 2005 --- All N Poker, the national line of poker clothing for poker fans, has been listed for sale on eBay. For the first time an entire clothing line can be purchased with the minimum bid starting at $25,000. Company co-founder Ryan "Goldenboy" Maloney will play in the 2005 World Series of Poker with proceeds from the auction.

With simple yet memorable slogans like Dominate the Table and do you go all in? All N Poker has established itself as the leading brand of poker clothing. "No brand of clothing is more well known in the poker world," according to CEO William Hunt. "People across the country are going all in every night wearing our products."

"The All N Poker brand caters to poker players of all ages," added CFO Ryan Maloney who will be playing in the 2005 World Series of Poker with proceeds from the auction. "Acquiring the All N Poker line allows a new or existing company to have an instant presence in the poker market and the 50 million people who play poker regularly."

In addition to the All N Poker brand and inventory, a number of domain names are also included in the auction. These domains, including www.allnclothing.com, www.dominatethefield.com, and www.dominatethecourt.com allow the winning bidder to introduce an entire line of new products for sports including baseball, football and basketball.

"Running All N Poker has been rewarding, but were looking forward to the launch of our new project BrandFormers.com" said CFO Maloney. The planned BrandFormers television show will feature eight independent entrepreneurs developing original brands. "Unlike Donald Trumps endless self promotion and blatant use of product placement on The Apprentice, these young entrepreneurs are fighting to build companies of their own," Maloney continued.

"After building All N Poker from the ground up, the decision to pursue other opportunities was a difficult one," said CEO Hunt. "We are confident in the continued success of the All N Poker brand and look forward to congratulating the winning bidder," concluded Hunt.

The All N Poker auction listing on eBay (item # 3866294241) ends at 4:58pm EST on Wednesday, January 19th, 2005. The auction can be viewed by visiting the following link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3866294241
